Large celadon fine ceramic scalloped Candle

This unusual scalloped & wavy vessel has been hand glazed by a skilled artisan in Hong Kong in the 1970s. Celadon glaze requires a trained artisan to achieve this shiny, even and translucent finish. It was initially a salad or fruit bowl type of vessel, and it can used as such when the candle is fully burnt (hot water and detergent to clean the vessel).
